Section 21.

  1. The Treasurer shall be responsible for the custody and control of the funds of the Association and for the preparation of the budget, balance sheet and accounts.
  2. He must keep a cash book. He must sign the receipts for contributions and other treasury documents. He must pay the bills approved by the Board of Directors, which he must sign off beforehand to the President.
  3. The Secretary shall deputise for the Treasurer in the event of his absence or illness.

Section 22.

  1. The Secretary shall be responsible for the safekeeping of the documents of the Association, for the preparation and signing of the minutes of the General Assembly and of the Board meetings, for the preparation and approval of the certificates to be issued and for the keeping of the register of members.
  2. The Treasurer shall deputise for the Secretary in the event of absence or illness.
