President and Vice President of the Association

Section 20.

  1. The President of the Association shall also be the President of the Board of Directors.
  2. The duties of the President are as follows:
    1. To manage and legally represent the Association as delegated by the General Assembly and the Board.
    2. To preside over and conduct the debates of the General Assembly and Board meetings.
    3. To have a casting vote in the event of a tie.
    4. To call meetings of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors.
    5. To endorse deeds and certificates issued by the Secretary of the Association.
    6. The other powers inherent in the office and delegated to him by the General Assembly and the Board of Directors.

The Vice-President shall deputise for the President in the event of his absence or illness.
