{"id":10293,"date":"2022-05-03T12:57:41","date_gmt":"2022-05-03T10:57:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vecinoscalamurada.com\/?page_id=10293"},"modified":"2022-05-03T12:57:56","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T10:57:56","slug":"chapter-xi","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vecinoscalamurada.com\/en\/who-we-are\/statute\/chapter-xi\/","title":{"rendered":"CHAPTER XI"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"slogan links\">\n<div class=\"preambel\">\n<span style=\"color:#3142a3;\">Asociacion de vecinos Sa Plana Cala Murada \u2013 Statutes of the association<\/span>\n<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"font-size:30px;\" ><span class=\"slogan-mobile\">Dissolution<\/span><\/h2><span style=\"background:#3142a3\"><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n<h3><strong>Section 34.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Associations are dissolved by the fulfilment of the purpose for which they were founded and otherwise by the will of the members expressed in the general meeting convened for this purpose, as well as for the reasons stated in \u00a7 39 of the Civil Code or by a final court decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>Section 35.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\"><li>Once dissolution has been decided, the General Assembly must take appropriate measures, both with regard to the use of the Association&#8217;s assets and rights and with regard to the finality, extinction and liquidation of all outstanding business.<\/li><li>The members of the Association shall be exempt from personal liability. Their liability shall be limited to the fulfilment of the obligations which they themselves have voluntarily undertaken.<\/li><li>The net surplus resulting from the settlement of accounts must be paid directly to the charity or non-profit association designated by the General Assembly.<\/li><li>The tasks of winding up and executing the resolutions referred to in the preceding points of this article shall be the responsibility of the Board of Directors, unless the General Assembly has entrusted this task to a winding-up committee specifically appointed for this purpose.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cala Murada, February 14th 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is noted that the Articles of Association have been amended by the approval of the General Assembly of 14 February 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The President: Isabel Aguilar Llull<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Secretary: Gin\u00e9s Hern\u00e1ndez Guerrero<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Section 34.
