President and Vice President of the Association<\/span><\/h2><\/span><\/div>\n\n\n

Section 20.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
  1. The President of the Association shall also be the President of the Board of Directors.<\/li>
  2. The duties of the President are as follows:
    1. To manage and legally represent the Association as delegated by the General Assembly and the Board.<\/li>
    2. To preside over and conduct the debates of the General Assembly and Board meetings.<\/li>
    3. To have a casting vote in the event of a tie.<\/li>
    4. To call meetings of the General Assembly and the Board of Directors.<\/li>
    5. To endorse deeds and certificates issued by the Secretary of the Association.<\/li>
    6. The other powers inherent in the office and delegated to him by the General Assembly and the Board of Directors.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      The Vice-President shall deputise for the President in the event of his absence or illness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
